What we collect
When you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, register for an event or apply for a role, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company and any message or files you submit. We also collect limited technical data, including IP address, browser type and pages visited, through privacy-friendly analytics.
Only what you type into our forms, plus anonymous stats about which pages get visited.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver services, send newsletters you have opted into, manage event registrations, assess job applications and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
To reply to you, do the work, send emails you asked for and make the site better. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us operate, such as email delivery, hosting, video-conferencing and analytics providers, under contracts that require them to protect it. Some of these providers may process data outside Bangladesh. We may disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Event registrations are kept for 12 months. Job applications are deleted 12 months after the role closes unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Two years for enquiries, until you unsubscribe for emails, one year for events and job applications.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@alphure.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Ask us to see, fix or delete your data anytime. We’ll reply within 30 days.

We do our best, but we can’t be responsible for every possible issue with the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes will be subject to the courts of Dhaka.
