TIMELINE
6 weeks
(01) Overview

Stackr had a product SMEs loved and a brand nobody remembered. We rebuilt the story, the identity and the website — in six weeks, before their Series A.

(02) Challenge

Trusted by users. Invisible to everyone else.

The old site spoke in accountant jargon and looked like every other fintech: blue gradients, stock photos, vague promises.

Investors couldn’t tell what made Stackr different, and shop owners bounced before reaching pricing.

(03) Approach

Three decisions that shaped everything.

01

Speak like a shop owner

We rewrote every line in the language of the people using it — cash in, cash out, no jargon.

02

Warm, not corporate

A palette of paper, ink and marigold replaced the fintech blues. Calm, confident, local.

03

Show the product

Interactive explainers replaced stock photos, so visitors could see Stackr working in seconds.

For the first time, investors repeated our story back to us — word for word. That’s when we knew the rebrand worked.
