A complete HR platform covering the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding, daily operations and offboarding. The product was fully designed before development started, then built screen by screen against those designs.
Many screens exist in three scopes: My (self), Team (direct reports) and Employee (the whole company). Access is checked on role and on data scope, so nobody sees salaries they shouldn’t. It is built for shared or cloud hosting: queues and the scheduler run from cron.
